I am excited to offer neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based services to Mebane, NC and beyond! I am an NC native and have lived in many different parts of the state pursuing my education and supporting clients meet their communication goals.

I find great joy and FUN in getting to know my clients and their families. I’m passionate about exploring each client’s interests and areas where they need additional support. In my clinical practice, I follow the lead of clients and incorporate motivating and meaningful activities into each session. I believe that for pediatric clients, parents are an important part of the team as they will be their child’s “therapist” and implement strategies from our session during their daily routines. I am naturally patient, compassionate, and love a challenge- all important qualities for a strong speech therapist!

I completed my undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and my graduate coursework at Western Carolina University. Go Cats! I have worked with families of various backgrounds and beliefs. I am constantly learning and listening to Disabled and Autistic voices in pursuit of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I dream of, and take action for, a more inclusive, accessible world for each of my clients.

One of my favorite parts of my job is getting clients connected to the right resources. Whether it be another professional, therapist, or a local support group, I know that it takes a team to meet each client’s goals. I am on a mission to provide personalized, compassionate care to clients and their families and would love to work with you! When I’m not working with clients to achieve their speech-language goals, I’m conquering my next hike, National Park visit, or reading a book! I look forward to hearing about you, let’s chat!
